Marketing, Events, Social Media & Website Management

As the at Weissach, I am responsible for driving brand visibility and fostering community engagement by executing high-impact events and strategic marketing initiatives. My role involves orchestrating dynamic, large-scale annual events such as the Okanagan Track Days and various Coffee & Car meets. A key focus has been developing signature seasonal events, including the successful launch of 'Let's Talk Classics', an annual vintage Porsche gathering that consistently draws over 150 attendees and has significantly strengthened the brand's classic car community. Beyond events, I oversee core digital performance by managing the company's website, ensuring content alignment and optimal user experience. This includes tracking performance metrics through analytics tools, utilizing insights to inform content decisions, and implementing fundamental SEO best practices to maximize organic visibility and drive qualified leads for both sales and service departments.

Track Day Event

The Weissach Track Day stands as the dealership's marquee annual event, offering clients an exclusive, high-performance driving experience. I strategically converted this event into a Porsche-only experience, significantly refining the community focus and elevating the brand alignment.

This ensures that attendees—passionate drivers who enjoy pushing the limits of their vehicles—receive tailored instruction and an environment perfectly suited to learning more about their high-performance Porsches in a controlled setting.

 

My responsibilities encompass the complete end-to-end management of this complex, multi-day function. This includes meticulously organizing customer accommodation and meals, managing all customer payment logistics, and overseeing on-site execution.

 

I develop and manage the comprehensive marketing campaign for the Track Day, utilizing digital channels and targeted outreach to ensure the event consistently reaches the specific audience of performance driving enthusiasts.

My ongoing responsibilities include comprehensive website management and content oversight, where I perform regular updates to ensure accuracy and a superior user experience.

 

I am deeply involved in SEO management, implementing fundamental best practices to ensure high visibility across all types of services—from showcasing our luxury inventory to promoting the specialized offerings of our service department.

I serve as the primary point of contact and manager for all digital operations, ensuring optimal online performance for both inventory and the service department. A significant undertaking involved transitioning the entire digital infrastructure from Cox Automotive to the current WordPress-based TAdvantage platform.

I design and execute strategic email marketing campaigns utilizing Constant Contact, tailored to maintain consistent engagement with the Weissach client base. These campaigns are crafted to be highly informative, providing educational content on our exclusive product lines and luxury vehicles. Crucially, they serve as the primary communication channel for promoting our marquee events, ensuring that audiences are well-informed about seasonal gatherings, track days, and charitable initiatives, thereby driving event registration and sustaining brand loyalty.
